Project Overview
The Meraki recipe book is a collection of traditional greek dishes created and served with love at Meraki London restaurant. The menu at Meraki celebrates everything that the team has scoured the length and breadth of Greece’s regions to find, such as Bottarga from Mesologgi, tomatoes from Santorini and butter from Crete. It features seasonally changing sharing meze dishes, chargrilled meats and whole fish dishes which are carved at the table. If a dinner experience at Meraki could tell a story, this would be not only about food, but of how to share, laugh, feel emotions and be close to people.
